With only a few final touches remaining, Ranbir and Alia are expected to shift to their new Mumbai home soon.
Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt’s new Mumbai home is finally nearing completion. With its multi-storey structure and elegant design, this luxurious abode, Krishna Raj bungalow, is named after Ranbir’s late grandmother, Krishna Raj Kapoor. Over the past few months, Ranbir, Alia Bhatt, and Neetu Kapoor have been frequently spotted visiting the site, ensuring its construction meets their vision.
Reports suggest that Ranbir plans to gift the opulent bungalow, valued at a staggering Rs 250 crore, to his daughter Raha Kapoor by registering it in her name. Additionally, Neetu Kapoor will reportedly co-own the property, as per her late husband Rishi Kapoor’s wishes, who had made her a half-owner of all his assets. The video shared by paparazzo Viral Bhayani had earlier offered a glimpse at the almost-complete multi-storey home.
The Krishna Raj Bungalow is not only a stunning piece of architecture but also a symbol of the family’s legacy. The bungalow boasts a sleek and sophisticated design, featuring a grey and off-white colour scheme. The large windows allow for an abundance of natural light and ventilation, while the spacious balconies on each floor are elegantly adorned with crisp white railings, combining style with safety.
The bungalow has been under intense scrutiny throughout its construction. Now, with its completion, Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt are poised to move into their stunning new abode. With only a few final touches remaining, Bollywood’s resident power couple is expected to shift to their new home by this year. As the family prepares to move in, fans can’t help but feel excited for this new chapter in Ranbir and Alia’s life.
On the professional front, Ranbir is set to essay the iconic role of Lord Ram in Nitesh Tiwari’s magnum opus Ramayana. He also has Sandeep Reddy Vanga’s Animal Park in the pipeline. While Alia is gearing up for her next project, ‘Love and War’, directed by the acclaimed Sanjay Leela Bhansali, which marks her second collaboration with Ranbir and Vicky Kaushal.
