Priyanka Chopra has recently recalled the struggle she had to undergo during her initial years in Hollywood. During a candid chat with Cavanaugh James for his podcast Read The Room, Chopra revealed having had to start from the beginning to establish her position in the industry.

She also revealed that she was rejected for a magazine cover which she had successfully been a part of six times in India. Speaking further, she noted that her initial days in New York were lonesome. However, the actress revealed that she did not lose hope and worked hard to make things work in the West.

On the professional front, she is currently filming her upcoming project Heads of State.
