Aishwarya Rai-Abhishek Bachchan make joint appearance to cheer for Aaradhya; granddad Amitabh Bachchan recalls ‘exhilarating experience’ on day one

Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Abhishek Bachchan, Radhika Merchant, and many other celebs arrived to attend the Dhirubhai Ambani International School’s annual day function on Day 2.

The Dhirubhai Ambani International School’s annual day function was attended by many celebrities, including Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Shahid Kapoor, Amitabh Bachchan, and others. The celebrations continued on day two, with Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Abhishek Bachchan in attendance to watch their daughter Aaradhya perform on the stage. On day one, the duo arrived with Amitabh Bachchan, and on day two, they attended with Aishwarya’s mother, Vrinda Rai. Several other stars were also spotted at the venue, including the Ambani family.

The couple was all smiles while entering the venue, as Aishwarya held her mother’s hand to help her walk, but they didn’t stop to pose for the paps. Besides the Bachchans, Vidya Balan attended the celebrations with her husband, Siddharth Roy Kapur. Moreover, Harbhajan Singh, his wife Geeta Basra, son Jovan, were also spotted as they poses for the paps.

After the celebrations on day one, Amitabh wrote a sweet blog on tumblr detailing his experience. He wrote, “Children… their innocence and desire to be at their best in the presence of parents… such a delight… and when they are in the company of thousands performing for you… it is the most exhilarating experience… Today was one such… Good night, for the morrow calls.”

Ishaan Khatter was also photographed outside the school, probably attending to watch his niece and nephew, Misha and Zain perform. The Ambani family was also in attendance. Their daughter-in-law, Radhika Merchant, smiled and waved to the paparazzi stationed outside.

At yesterday’s function, Kareena Kapoor Khan and Saif Ali Khan were spotted cheering for their sons, Taimur Ali Khan and Jeh. The celebration was also attended by Shah Rukh Khan, his wife Gauri, and their daughter Suhana Khan, who watched AbRam perform. The highlight was a picture of former couple Kareena and Shahid from the annual day, which took fans down memory lane to their Jab We Met days.
