March 26 : Deepika Padukone has recently took the silhouette challenge on social media and gave a sensuous as well as a fun twist to it as she took up the challenge with her husband, Ranveer Singh. In a video which the Chhapaak actress shared on her Instagram profile, the actress could be seen cosying up to Ranveer but as the music changes, they break into a funny game of Ring-a-Ring-a-Roses.

The couple’s banter on social media glued their fans to their accounts to get more from them. In the video, Deepika and Ranveer can be seen starting the challenge with a romantic scene and suddenly they start dancing in circles to a different track in the second half of the video. “Should we Ring-a-Ring-a-Roses instead @ranveersingh!?” the actress wrote, along with a wink and a laughing emoji. Ranveer’s response to wifey is equally cheeky. “Sure, we can call it that,” he wrote, followed by a smirking emoji. Deepika had earlier taken the ‘Buss it’ challenge as well with Ranveer.

Many reacted to the couple’s funny version of the silhouette challenge. In this challenge, people transit from a regular self into a beautiful silhouette with a red backdrop, while ‘Put your head on my shoulders’ song plays in the background.

While the fans found the video funny and turned it into a viral one, Raazi actress Alia Bhatt was also left in splits after watching the video. The actress was quick to drop a comment on the post. “Hahahah hilarious,” she wrote.

Meanwhile, on the work front, Alia will be seen in Brahmastra with boyfriend Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan. She is still shooting for the film. The actress also has RRR in her kitty. Currently, she is shooting for Sanjay Leela Bansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi. Alia also has Takht in the pipeline.

On the other hand, Deepika and Ranveer will be seen in Kabir Khan’s ’83. While Deepika is shooting for Pathan with Shah Rukh Khan and John Abraham, Ranveer is filming Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus. Deepika also has Fighter, Shakun Batra’s next, a film with Prabhas, and an official remake of The Intern in her kitty.
